The theme of this retreat is “In Your Element.” We’ll be working with the beautiful energy of earth, water, air, and fire and all that they have to teach us about ourselves. We’ll also be diving into the four quadrants of our being: physical (earth), emotional (water), mental (air), and spiritual (fire) and how they can show us ways that we may be out of balance or moving in cycles that no longer serve us, as well as how strong and powerful we are!

This is a women’s only retreat with 7 spots available. We want to keep the group small and intimate so that we can dedicate our energy to the healing, growth, and celebration of each person.
